RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We don't accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or not compliant with the product pictures and description on the website or with the order you placed (ooopsies! we were distracted). 

Returns and exchange details

Our artisans work with great care and passion when manufacturing each and every piece of jewelry but a few issues here and there (unfortunately) can happen. 

 

Please contact us within 24 hours to 48 hours from they day you received the package at: vero@veronicatordi.com to report any damage or broken / wrong item shipped. 

No return/ refund will be processed after 10 days the item has been received.  

We would be happy to fix the damaged item or replace item(s) as long as the item is shipped back to us in perfect condition.

We do not refund any shipping fee or returning cost. 

CANCELLATIONS

As we would like to give you all the flexibility that you need when purchasing any item, we are also a small company handcrafting each piece with love and passion - and we really mean it: each. single. piece.  

Cancellations can be accepted only if the order is cancelled within 12 am Eastern Time (ET) of the same day the order has been placed.

SAFETY POLICY 

Veronica Tordi waives any responsability for damages caused to human health due to improper misuse of the items sold on this website. 

Jewelry with smaller parts should always be kept in a safe place and away from young kids and not supervised minors. 

Jewelry should only be used as displayed on the website ads and pictures campaigns. 

Veronica Tordi jewelry is manufactured 100% in Italy with anallergic material, but please note that each individual may have different reactions to the same type of material. 

Prior to wearing any Veronica Tordi item directly on your skin, we highly suggest to review your personal tolerance and make sure you are not allergic to the materials used. 

We waive any responsibility in case of allergic reactions due to lack of proper research from the consumer side.
